| 内容記述 | 看護者に必要とされる転倒事故予見能力の基盤を卒業時までに育成するための基礎資料を得ることを目的とし、転倒事故に関する学生のアセスメントの実態を調査した。同意の得られた４年次看護学生18名に易転倒状態にある紙上事例に対するアセスメントを行ってもらった。学生の記述を、ゴードンの「機能面から見た健康パターン」を用いて事故防止の観点から内容の分析を行った。対象学生のアセスメントの特徴として、事例に表されている身体機能面には目を向けやすいが、身体機能以外の療養生活のあり方や人間の行動特性には着眼しにくい傾向があった。さらに、身体機能面と療養生活のあり方や人間の行動特性を関連付けた転倒事故予測が不十分であることが明らかになった。また、環境要因は約半数の学生が着眼していたが、看護体制など看護者側の要因に目を向けた学生はいなかった。今後対象数を増やし、学生のアセスメントの実態をより明確にし、療養者の生活全体を見通した転倒事故予見能力の育成に向けた教育方法を検討する必要があると考えられた。The purpose of this study was to investigate the risk assessment ability of students. This was done by asking them to provide a written assessment of the risk of such accidents so as to evaluate their nursing ability at the time of graduation. Eighteen fourth-year nursing students agreed to participate in the study. We analyzed the assessments of the students from the point of view of accident prevention considering Gordon's Functional Health Pattern.The results showed the following characteristics. They found it easy to pay attention to the body function pattern, but they did not pay attention to the conditions of life and the characteristic patterns of human actions. It also became clear that the assessments did not sufficiently consider the relationships among these factors. Though about half of the students paid attention to the environmental conditions that could lead to a fall, most emphasized the physical condition of the person being cared for and none considered the nursing system and its relation to the patient. We need to increase the number of targets in the future and improve the assessment abilities of students. To do so it is necessary to examine educational methods to improve systematic risk assessment ability. | |||||||||||||||
