| 内容記述 | Alcoholic solution of digitoxin diluted with Ringer solution as well as the Ringer solution containing blood serum was kept at 39℃ and its potency was assayed by using guinea pigs. In all cases, it was noted that the potency reduces markedly one or two hours after the solution is exposed to temperature and gradually reduces with the lapse of time. The reduction of digitoxin potency is suggested to be partly due to a change of chemical properties of digitoxin in Ringer solution. | |||||||||||||
