| 内容記述 | 平成17年度大学教育の国際化推進プログラムとして採択された取り組みの１つとして、医学・医療系大学における多文化医療関連科目の開講状況とその科目の概要について調査したのでその一部を報告する。①対象：日本の医療系大学155大学に質問紙を配布し、そのうち回答の得られた96大学（回収率61.9％）である。②調査方法：記述式質問紙を用い郵送法によって行った。③分析：質問紙について統計的処理、および科目内容はシラバスから抽出した。④結果：医療社会学を含む社会学はどの分野も約80％、心理学・行動科学は約90％の大学が開講していた。文化人類学の開講は医学約44％、看護学62％、理学療法学、作業療法学は約54％であった。その他、多文化・異文化に関する科目は医学が約56％、医療系は70％以上、他者理解・人間関係に関する科目は医学60％、看護学約90％、理学療法学、作業療法学は約80％であった。また、チーム医療に関する科目は、全体の平均では約65％であるが各大学によって開講にばらつきがあり、チーム連携能力育成等ユニークな取り組みを行っている大学もあった。This study, carried out as part of the program for promotion of globalized university education in 2005, investigated humanities courses, particularly those related to sociology at medical, nursing and health-sciences universities in Japan.1 Subjects: We distributed a questionnaire in Japanese to 96 medical and medical-related universities.2 Methods: We analyzed the replies to the questionnaire statistically and reviewed the contents of the syllabi of the universities.3 Results: About 80% of the universities had a course in sociology or medical sociology, and 90% taught psychology and behavioral sciences. We found that 44% of medical courses, 62% of nursing courses and 54% of physiotherapy and occupational therapy ones had cultural anthropology classes. Multicultural courses were taught at 56% of medical universities and more than 70% of medical-related universities. Courses about understanding others and human relations were given at 60% of medical universities, 90% of nursing universities and 80% of physiotherapy and occupational therapy universities.In addition, the team approach in medical care was taught at 65% of the universities, but the emphasis differed according to the field. One university even implemented a unique program to foster cooperation among teams. | |||||||||||||
