We report a case of 53-year-old female who developed dysarthria was diagnosed as Moyamoya disease. As past history, she had suffered from depressed fracture due to head trauma in childhood. She has had collaterals from depressed fracture area. This finding may imply that she had already developed moyamoya vessels in infancy.
