 note = {Olfactory neuroepithelioma is the rare neoplasm classified according to the brain tumor WHO's classification as a variant of olfactory neuroblastoma. We describe the case of a large extraaxial tumor located anterior cranial fossa in a 26-year-old man who presented with severe headache and frequent vomiting. The histopathological findings are the typical light microscopic, immunohistochemical (NSE, EMA and BerEP4 - positive, and GFAP - negative), and ultrastructual (desmosome) features of the olfactory neuroepithelioma reported previously. We discuss the pathogenesis and clinical feature of this neoplasm.},
