A 66 -year-old male was admitted after falling. He was struck at the face and the forehead, but neurological examination disclosed no deficits. Computed tomography (CT) scan showed frontal trauma, pneumocephalus, subarachnoid hemorrhage as well as the fracture of the sella turcica, plain craniogram did not reveal. He developed no serious complications throughout his hospitalization. Fracture of the sella turcica is believed as a sign of severe head injury and is extremely important because of serious neurological, vascular, endocrine complications.
