 note = {症例は29歳男性，生来健康であったが，発熱出現し精査加療目的入院。血液検査にて肝機能障害を認め，血清学的にサイトメガロウィルス（CMV）IgM 抗体価の上昇を認め，CMV 感染症と診断した。上部消化管内視鏡検査にて胃前庭部に平皿様潰瘍を認め，病理組織学的検査にてCMV 核内封入体を認めた。健常成人に発症するサイトメガロ感染症はまれながら報告されており，多彩な消化管所見を示す場合があるとされている。Although cytomegalovirus (CMV) infections usually occur in the immunocompromised patients, CMV infections can occur in the immunocompetent patients. We report a case of an immunocompetent adult with liver dysfunction and a gastric ulcer caused by cytomegalovirus infection. A 29 year-old man was admitted to our hospital complaining of fever. Laboratory examination on admission showed liver dysfunction and increased serum IgM antibodies to CMV. Endoscopic study revealed an ulcer in the angulus of the stomach. Biopsy specimens obtained from the gastric ulcer showed acute inflammatory infiltrates with CMV inclusion bodies.},
