SCIENCES","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_7_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究では，統合失調症に対する作業療法，および作業療法士が実施している心理社会的介入の内容と有効な側面を概観し、今後の実践と研究の方向性を検討するために，英語論文のレビューを実施した。3種類の検索データベースとハンドサーチにて論文を収集し 2 段階のスクリーニングを経た結果，34 編が分析対象となった。その内訳は，「作業活動・作業療法マネジメント」9 編，「手段的日常生活活動訓練」2 編「認知機能リハビリテーション」9 編，「運動療法」2 編，「心理教育・技能訓練」4 編，「就労支援」5 編，「地域生活支援」3 編であった。各介入の主な治療標的に加え精神症状や QOL など様々な側面への効果が示されていたが，特に認知機能は作業療法士による多くの介入で効果を示す重要な治療標的であることが示唆された。さらに，今後の実践や研究で作業に関する指標を扱うことで，作業療法の独自性やさらな効果を示すことにもつながると考える。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_7_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"33790","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"Takafumi,
