SCIENCES","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_5_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"【目的】採血を受けた幼児の「がんばった」の自己評価と他者評価との関連を明らかにし，最善な看護ケアを検討するための視座を得ることである。【方法】採血を受けた幼児と保護者29組，看護師12名を対象に，採血を「がんばった」か幼児にはフェイススケール，保護者と看護師には質問紙による回答を得た。得られたデータから幼児-保護者・看護師間 で相関分析を行った。【結果】幼児の80%以上が肯定的に評価していた。保護者と看護師の回答の平均値±標準偏差は70.6± 10.3，65.1±13.4だった。また，幼児-保護者間（r = -.051），幼児-看護師間（r = -.037）で相関関係が認められなかった。 【結論】幼児の自己評価と他者評価が一致しない理由として採血中や採血後の大人からの称賛により自己評価を高めたためと考えられる。幼児が「がんばった」と実感するためには幼児へ採血に関するポジティブフィードバックを行うこと，看護ケアを評価する際には幼児から直接自己評価を得ることの重要性が示唆された。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"32744","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"Tsuyoshi,
