The natural killer（NK）cell activation, which is an indicator of natural immunity, tended to be lower after the examination than before it. After the examination, the neutrophil rate decreased significantly（p<0.01）, the lymphocyte rate, which evaluates the function of indication immunity, increased significantly（p<0.01）, the blood IgA level had a tendency to increase, and the blood-HDL-cholesterol level decreased significantly（p<0.05）.
