 note = {平成15年4月より、札幌医科大学医学部附属病院リハビリテーション部において、発達障害を中心とした小児のリハビリテーション治療を開始した。開始から平成16年3月時点までに、治療に関わった症例は21症例である。これらの症例に関して、そのプロフィールと実施した治療内容を中心に紹介し、加えて著変を示した1症例の報告をする中で、リハビリテーション部における小児リハビリテーションの現状と今後の展望を紹介することを本稿の目的とした。In this paper we present a current situation of pediatric physical therapy in the Division of Rehabilitation, Sapporo Medical University. In addition, we present the results of a survey of 21 case studies and 1 detail case report. Age, sex, diagnosis, purpose of hospitalization, content of physical therapy and so on were assessed for developmentally disordered children under therapeutic intervention during a twelve-month period between April, 2003 and March, 2004.},
