{"created":"2023-05-15T09:08:35.611172+00:00","id":16224,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"1ca7dcf5-c331-4eea-a2df-fd5af3931166"},"_deposit":{"created_by":15,"id":"16224","owners":[15],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"16224"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:sapmed.repo.nii.ac.jp:00016224","sets":["1658:1766:1768"]},"author_link":["31224","31225","31226","31221","31222","31223"],"item_7_biblio_info_6":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2005-12","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"39","bibliographicPageStart":"33","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"8","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"札幌医科大学保健医療学部紀要 = Bulletin of School of Health Sciences Sapporo Medical University"},{"bibliographic_title":"Bulletin of School of Health Sciences Sapporo Medical University","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_7_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"救急医療に関する教育効果を検討する目的で、「救急法」受講生94名（男性20名・女性74名、平均年齢20.4±1.4歳）に対し、科目開講前後に科目選択の理由、救急医療における各職種の果たす役割の有無（以下、役割の有無）、応急処置に関する意識についてアンケート調査を行った。選択理由では全体では「将来役に立ちそうだから」が多かった。学科間の比較では、他学科に比べ看護学科に「救急医療に興味があったから」が多く、有意差が認められた（p<0.001）。役割の有無については、履修前から看護学科は「あると思う」が多く有意差が認められた（p<0.001）。履修後は履修前に比べ全体として「あると思う」が有意に増加していた（p<0.05）。倒れている人を救助する意思は履修前から高く、先行研究と同様の結果であった。救急蘇生法や救急蘇生法以外の応急処置について、ほとんどの項目で履修前より履修後に有意に「知識あり」「実施の自信あり」が増加しており（p<0.05?p<0.001）、講義や実技演習の効果があったと考えられる。Ninety-four nursing, physical therapy and occupational therapy students（20 men and 74 women, average age 20.4 ± 1.4 years）who took“Methods of First Aid”were queried as to the reason for the subject selection, the roles of nurses, physical therapists and occupational therapists in first aid medical care, knowledge and confidence is using methods of first aid in a questionnaire survey performed before and after they took the course.Many students chose to take the course “because it seemed to be beneficial in the future”. Nursing students answered“because I was interested in first aid medical care”more than the students of other departments （p<0.001). In the pre-study questionnaire survey, nursing students considered that it would “play a role”in their job more than others（p<0.001). The number of students who gave this answer in the post-study questionnaire survey increased compared to the pre-study questionnaire survey（p<0.05). Their intent to help the persons who fell down grew as a result of their study.
