We gave written informed consent forms to a total of four children and twenty-three guardians. It seemed that the four children became uninterested in using them in the middle of the researcher's explaining about clinical practice, but they replied,“There is nothing I don't understand.” Their guardians replied,“Child feedback is esteemed.”The tasks ahead are discussion about the procedures of informed consent tailored to the character of the clinical institution, development of easy-to-understand and use documentation, discussion about the implementation methods of informed consent for children in early and later childhood and those with mental handicaps.
