University","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_7_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"仙台市に在住する医療系男子専門学生151名(平均年齢19.2±0.8歳)を対象に、骨の健康に対する意識の有無が骨の健康に影響を与える食品摂取状況や健康状態に関与するかどうかを検討した。骨の健康に対する関心がある者(関心あり群)と関心のない者(関心なし群)の2群にわけて解析を行った。対象者の51.7%が骨の健康に関心を持っていた。骨の健康に必要とされる栄養素を含む食品の中で、ヨーグルト、チーズ、乳飲料、大豆製品の摂取頻度が関心あり群で有意に高かった。食品の摂取頻度を点数化した総得点は関心あり群で有意に高かった。定期的な運動習慣を有する者の割合は関心あり群で有意に高かった。関心あり群において、「疲れやすい」、「頭が重いと感じることがある」「肩こりを感じる」などを訴える者の割合が低く、また「自分の感情をコントロールがうまくできる」と回答した者の割合が高かった。以上の結果を基に、青年期男性の生活習慣を考慮した効果的健康教育のあり方を考察した。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_7_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"31046","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"Hideko,
