University","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_7_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"学生同士で実施する採血演習の有効な指導の基礎資料とするために、看護学生11名（男性2名、女性9名：平均年齢20.9±1.9歳）を対象に演習前後、採血前後の状態不安と唾液アミラーゼ活性を測定し、採血順によって「患者役先群」「看護師役先群」に分類し比較した。「患者役先群」は「採血前」より「採血後」「演習後」に不安感は軽減したが、「看護師役先群」は「演習前」より「演習後」で軽減はしたものの、「採血後」では軽減していなかった。唾液アミラーゼ活性は「採血後」において「看護師役先群」が「患者役先群」より有意に高値であった。これは「看護師役先群」は初めて人に針を刺入するという体験は終わったが、自分と同じ初心者に採血されるという体験は終わっていないため「患者役先群」より交感神経活動が亢進しており、演習が終了するまで不安感は軽減しなかったものと考える。学生同士で実施する採血演習においては、採血する看護師役の学生のみならず、患者役として初心者から採血される学生に対しても不安を軽減するよう留意し、指導することが重要である。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_7_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"30789","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"Masako,
