 note = {This is a report of two autopsy cases of osteogenesis imperfecta. In both cases the lesions of bones showed imperfect enchondral and periostal osteogenesis, which is due to the functional deficiency of the osteoblasts. The adrenal medullae in these cases showed a defective development and atrophy. In one of them there were lesions in the pituitary gland and the liver which were considered to be syphilitic granuloma. From these findings the pathogenesis of this disease was discussed.},
