After LTCIS, they were more likely to care for the demented elderly with behavioral disturbances than their counterparts and less likely to go out without accompanying the elderly.Even after the introduction of LTCIS, half of the caregivers were depressive. The introduction of public long term care insurance for the elderly does not appear to have provided sufficient quality and quantity of social services for the disabled elderly and their caregivers.}, pages = {5--8}, title = {介護保険導入前後における福岡県K地区においての要介護高齢者を介護する家族の抑うつ}, volume = {74}, year = {2005} }
