Family-centered group occupational therapy was conducted over three years, twice per month for 3 to 4 hour each session. Siblings were invited to join the therapy sessions, and parents were involved in planning of therapy activities, as well as providing play activity at home. The effects of the occupational therapy were assessed using parent\u0027s report. The results indicated self-care, communication, motor function, attitude of study and emotion to show most improvements, whereas number of friend, school record less improvements.
