| 内容記述 | 札幌医科大学保健医療学部教務委員会は、平成16年５月に、『大学が今後、組織的に学生にどんな支援ができるのか』を検討するための学生支援ワーキンググループを立ち上げた。検討に際し、学生の実態を知るために学生生活を『学業』、『経済』、『健康』面に分類し、全学生に対してアンケート調査を行い、今後の学生支援の方向性をさぐるための基礎データを得ることができた。その結果、１）専門科目への早期暴露の必要性、２）学業に関わる困難感を相談できる窓口の確保、３）奨学金や授業料減免制度などの受給機会を得やすくするシステムづくり、４）カウンセリング制度などの相談体制の周知徹底を図ること、などの課題が明らかとなった。さらに、アンケート調査から見えてきた学生の問題点について考察した。The committee of Educational Affairs of the School of Health Sciences established a Working Group for student support in May 2004 to determine what the school could do to support students systematically. The lifestyles of students categorized by educational, financial and health problems were investigated by a self-administered questionnaire survey. It was found that there was 1）a need for earlier exposure to advanced courses, 2）the establishment of a section for students to consult about academic problems, 3）the arrangement of a system making it easier to receive a scholarship or reduced tuition, and 4）the making sure the students are aware of counseling and consulting system. Some of the other issues of students are also discussed. | |||||||||||||||||
